Women’s Empowerment Support Group
Meets third Tuesdays monthly at a central location in North Berkeley ( Shattuck & Lincoln) (Walking Distance from Berkeley BART).

The theme for November is Creating Magic in The World through Dream Weaving- Releasing Fear and Resistance in order to create the lives of our dreams.

The aim of this group is to provide a forum for women to share their dreams and fears, and to receive support from the group, either energetically, verbally or physically.
This is a facilitated group.

Healthy boundaries are set and respectful attentiveness is established.

There will be empowerment exercises, creative & expressive artwork, journalling and more.

Registration either through email or a phone call is required as space is limited.

The timing for the group is from 7pm-9pm.

Suggested Donation of $15-20 per group.
